GP Joule obtain full CORE Certification

Local Content Assurance Bureau Inc. certifies GP Joule’s ground mount racking system (with

Habdank technology) as CORE Domestic Content compliant in Ontario

Toronto, ON -- (February 13, 2012) – The Local Content Assurance Bureau Inc. ("LCAB") announced today that it has issued a formal CORE certification to GP JOULE PV Canada Corp. ("GP Joule") for the production of its ground mount racking system that is using the technology of Habdank PV-mounting systems.  This comes after a further rigorous and independent review of GP Joule´s supply chain, manufacturing facilities and products. The CORE certification demonstrates that the GP Joule mounting system is produced in compliance with its domestic content requirements.

Following their CORE certification pre-qualification last fall, GP Joule went forth and produced their first system for installation in an Ontario FIT Project. This first order was produced according to the pre-qualified supply-chain validated in September 2011. Based on its further audit and analysis, LCAB can say with confidence that GP Joules’ operations and contracted supply chain for the production of their ground mount racking system fulfill, in our opinion, the domestic content requirements set forth in the FIT Program, specifically with regards to activity 6 of Table 2 and Table 4 as well as activity 4 of Table 3.

“We are very happy to announce that GP Joule has once again passed through our formal verification procedure said Etienne Lecompte, Managing Director of LCAB. “GP Joule has taken a very diligent approach in establishing traceability and compliance within its’ whole supply-chain which our audit brought to light. We are proud to have followed the first order of a GP Joule system throughout their supply chain and look forward to see more succesful installs in Ontario.”
