Title: Auditor, Domestic Content Compliance
Introduction: Local Content Assurance Bureau, Inc. (“LCAB”) provides turnkey domestic content verification services to support the development of infrastructure projects. We execute supply chain, manufacturing and process audits and we complete project-specific domestic content monitoring and reporting. Our audits and advisory services are customized to suit the specific needs of our clients. We work with our clients to ensure that they comply with applicable domestic content requirements and regulations.
LCAB seeks a Domestic Content Compliance Auditor who will be responsible for executing detailed audits of manufacturing and generating facilities. All audits include field and desktop components. The selected individual will oversee the audit process and will manage a significant number of client relationships. The selected individual will be required to implement the auditing protocols designed by LCAB. Sought is an individual who can lead on-site visits of manufacturing facilities as well as conduct interviews of our clients’ key personnel and complete a diligent review of manufacturing and/or project documentation. The individual will be expected to guide the audit process in a thorough and professional manner.
Skills Requirement:
Education:
Post secondary education, degree/diploma in a mechanical discipline or equivalent
Credentials:
Certified Auditor (CSA – Environmental: ISO/AQS – Quality)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years
Languages:
Speak, read and write English
Area of specialization:
Manufacturing & Assembly, Environmental/Quality Assurance;
Compliance / System Auditing; Internal Audit
Work Experience:
External systems/compliance auditing;
Hands on operations and production control in a manufacturing environment;
Working knowledge of the renewable energy industry, particularly wind or solar energy;
Specific Skills:
Third party compliance auditing;
Provide definition, interpretation, guidance and advice on compliance to Domestic Content contractual requirements;
Develop Domestic Content audit or compliance reports and secure all supporting documented evidence;
